Transforming our world through giving voice to our young people

The McGinnity Family Foundation, Inc. (MFF) was incorporated in January of 2014 as a non-profit 501 (c) (3) private family foundation.  The foundation works to support the ideas and leadership of our young people through funding their initiatives thus providing them “a seat at the table.”

MFF was founded with the intent that by recognizing young people through their participation in today’s conversation, we will unleash untold energy and invite their perspective in addressing the challenges of today and tomorrow.  It is our belief that there is an amazing, untapped potential that resides in the minds and hearts of our young people that needs to be nourished, cultivated and shared.   By enlisting the gifts, talents and passions of our young people we believe that our world community will be greatly enriched, if not transformed.
